Pauthri kidswear was born out of a grandmother's love and passion, with the idea of offering comfortable and fuss-free clothing for little girls (newborn to 5 years), at an accessible price point.
Pauthri creates a thoughtfully curated collection of simple everyday basics as well as beautiful occasion wear pieces.
Every piece is made to order, designed and handcrafted with love. Pauthri kidswear focuses on simplicity, comfort, quality and affordability.
Celebration of the very special grandmother-granddaughter relationship
Pauthri has been started by Mala Prasad, a doting grandmother, who believes it is never too late to pursue one's passion.
Birth of granddaughter re-kindled the interest to create and she went back to her design table and sewing machines.
“Seeing the cute frocks dreamt and created by me on my granddaughter … seeing her twirl and laugh… is the ultimate joy. Now that I can devote more time, I thought of scaling up and catering to more kids, thus multiplying the joy of seeing my creations on more cute ones."
